A: At the current moment we only ship domestically within the United States.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order via USPS. Tracking number is sent with your order confirmation.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Online purchases made through www.theglamatory.com are valid for exchange or store credit within 21 days of the ship date. Your receipt provides a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to our store. Items must be returned unopened, unused, in its original condition, including all tags, stickers, and packaging for complete exchange or store credit. All mailed returns will require purchaser to pay shipping back to The Glamatory unless your item enclosed was an error on the store’s fault.
All in-store purchases may only be returned to the store in which it was originally purchase within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for exchange or store credit only. No cash refunds. Items must be returned unopened, unused, in its original condition, including all tags, stickers, and packaging for complete exchange or store credit.
Defective items (unfit for its intended use; dangerous or harmful for normal use) will only be refunded or given store credit at manager’s discretion.
All sale and clearance items are final sale, merchandise may not be returned for exchange or store credit.
